We offer FREE FedEx Ground Shipping, UPS Ground shipping or USPS Priority mail, for any on line purchase over $79. A flat fee of $8 is applied to purchases below $79. We offer expedited shipping at a negociated discounted rates. We do not add any handling fees. For warm weather shipping, a surcharge of $5 applies per package. If expedited shipping must be used, you will be charged a discounted shipping rate. We usually ship Monday to Friday. Orders received after 1pm PST Friday and anytime Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday or the next available business day. Occasionally we may delay shipping to prevent your order from being held in a shipping warehouse. Custom orders do not qualify for free shipping. Les Cinq Amandes is not responsible for packages left out in the heat after delivery. Please ensure that someone will be available to accept your delivery. Unfortunately, confections cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
Q: Do you deliver?
A. We offer concierge white glove car delivery to Fairfield County, Westchester NY, and New York City.
Please allow at least 24 hrs prior to scheduling a delivery. Gratuities not included.
Rates are as follows for one address:
- Fairfield County delivery- $50 and up.
- Westchester, NY delivery- $80 and up.
- New York City delivery- $150 and up.
- For each additional address per delivery please add $25. A 20% surcharge applies for late night, holidays or week-end deliveries.
- Large deliveries will incurr an extra charge and will be quoted independently.
- Special events deliveries resulting in extra time needed will be quoted independently.

A. We sure do! Our preferred shipper is DHL Express and DHL Express offer our customers a 40% discount on the published rates. Q: Can you ship chocolate during warm weather or to warmer parts of the country, like California?
A. Yes, we can ship during warm weather and to warm climates in the U.S. all year long. Our shipping system monitors the temperatures where your package is being delivered and selects the appropriate packing material such as cooler boxes and frozen gel packs to ensure that your gift arrives in perfect condition. For warm weather shipping, a surcharge of $5 applies per package. At times of shipping, when the temperature is expected to exceed 85 degrees in transit, it may be necessary to ship your order via a 2 days or overnight service. We will seek your approval prior to shipping via air or other premium service as additional charges for expedited shipping may apply. To limit time in transit and prevent your chocolates from melting, orders only ship over the weekend when temperatures are below 70° F.
Q: When should I place my order?
A. Regular online orders will be shipped within 2 days of the order. During the busy holiday season, order lead time will increase up to 5 business days prior to shipping. As soon as the item is shipped, we will provide you with a shipping confirmation and a tracking number.
Q: Will I receive a shipping confirmation?
A. Yes. When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation to your email address including the tracking number for each shipment. If you need to make changes to your order, contact us immediately.
Our custom creations are unique and luxurious works of art. They are expertly handmade with premium material to bring to life your vision and fulfill your wishes.
For Custom orders, we recommend that you place your order at least 6-8 weeks before the event and select a delivery date of one week prior to the event. After the initial consultation you will receive an estimate based on what was discussed. In order to move forward with the creative process, we require a confirmation as well as a 50% non-refundable deposit. For clients who choose a design from our collection, this part involves seeing your selected design come to life with your color, and choice of confections. Custom clients experience a more involved collaboration to make sure that the design is crafted to absolute perfection. Along the way we utilize our talents, experience and creativity to optimize the final design. Design concepts will be presented for your review via photos. If needed, we will then work closely with you to revise the design into a final version. Before we begin the production phase, you will be asked to approve the final pictures and the remaining balance will be due. At Les Cinq Amandes Atelier each product is executed with meticulous attention to detail and flawless handmade craftsmanship. Execution and production may take anywhere from two to eight weeks depending on the complexity of the project. Final production timeline will be determined based on the materials, embellishments and complexity of design. We understand that sometimes you have to place a large order with a short delivery time, we will do our best to accomodate your need.
Please note that the following policies apply to all custom orders:
A Design and Service Fee of 20% applies to all custom orders.
A Rush service fee of up to 20% of the total may apply for orders placed less than 4 weeks of delivery date.
Custom orders are absolutely non-returnable and non-refundable.

Q: Do you offer volume discounts?

Q: Are your products Kosher?
A. Some of our products are certified Kosher. Please check the nutritional information of each select product and call us if you have any doubts.
Q: Are your products nut-free?
A.No. Most of our products are made in areas where nuts and nut residues may be found. Peanuts, cashews, walnuts, pecans, pistachios and other nuts may be present in our confections. Even those confections that do not normally contain nuts might possibly contain traces of these nuts. Please be aware of this fact if you have food allergies.
Q: What other ingredients do you use that may cause allergic reactions?
A. We use: Dairy: Butter and cream may be found in our confections. Any person with a dairy allergy should NOT consume ANY of our products: Egg Products: Our products may contain egg products. Any person with an egg allergy should NOT consume ANY of our products. Gluten: Our products may contain gluten. Any person with a gluten allergy should NOT consume ANY of our products. Other Allergies: If you are allergic to any substance that can normally be found in confections, then it is probably present in our confections. Please use caution.
Q: How should I store my confections?
A. Your confections should be stored in a dry and cool environment. Room temperature should not exceed 69 degrees Fahrenheit and realtive humidity should remain below 50%. Avoid heat, humidity, odors and direct sunlight. No refrigeration is needed. An air tight container will preserve their freshness for a longer time.
Q: What is your return policy?
A. We are fully committed to your satisfaction. We value our customers and base our marketing strategy on past clients telling their friends and family about us. We inspect our products with extreme accuracy before shipping and we stand behind our products 100%. If you are not completely satisfied with the condition of your order upon arrival, please contact Customer Service within 14 days of receipt for assistance. Allowed returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fees unless the cause of return is a product defect. All returns must be in the original form and packaging. Once confirmed, custom orders are absolutely non-returnable and non-refundable.
