Shipping

Les Cinq Amandes offers free ground shipping on orders of $79 or more.  A flat fee of $8 is applied to purchases less than $79. Les Cinq Amandes does not make any profit on shipping. In addition we do not charge any handling fees to keep your costs as low as possible. In hot weathers, we use ice packs and/or insulation packages depending on the weather. Shipping in hot weather will be just $5 additional (for orders of $79 or more shipping will just be $5).

 Les Cinq Amandes uses Fedex ground as its preferred shipping method. Rush deliveries are available through Fedex for an additional cost that will be calculated at check out.

If your order is shipping to a warm location, the shipping might need to be upgraded to make sure your confections are well preserved in transit.  

Orders typically ship within 2 business days. Upon placing your order on the website or by phone, if you provide an email address, you will receive an email on the evening that your package(s) ships out from our atelier. This email will contain the tracking number for the package(s), which you can use to track your shipment.

For international shipping (including Canada) DHL Express is our preferred carrier with discounted rates. kindly contact us to discuss your options.

Wholesale orders do not qualify for free shipping.

Billing

Your purchase will automatically be deducted from the credit/debit card of your choice. We accept all major credit cards and use secure servers so that your information is safe. Les Cinq Amandes does not give out any of your personal information including your billing address, phone number or email. For further details please check our privacy policy.
